Purchasing staff

Responsibilities:

Manage the purchase of aircraft spare parts, tooling, and equipment according to maintenance needs.

Source suppliers to meet requirements.

Request quotations and generate orders.

Monitor purchase orders or ongoing repairs both nationally and internationally.

Handle imports, exports, and liaise with customs agents.

Oversee the documentation management that accompanies each purchase.

Control delivery times and handle claims based on priority.

Requirements:

Fluent in Spanish and English, both spoken and written.

Proficiency in Excel.

Knowledge of foreign trade and customs processes.
